Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Pre-orders and back-ordered items will ship on their release date. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Records must be in original condition and packaging. Please contact us for a return authorization before sending anything back.

Unfortunately, due to purchasing contracts with particular suppliers we are not allowed to export most of our vinyl catalog outside of the United States.

More often than not, you should plan for an order to arrive around the 5-7 business day mark (from order date). Unless you have elected for a faster shipping method, our preferred method of shipping will be using USPS Media Mail.

You can cancel an order that has yet to be fulfilled. To ensure that our staff does not fulfill your order, use our contact form as soon as you can letting us know that you would like to cancel an order. We will process the cancel as soon as we are notified, but please be aware that the funds won't be available until 7-10 business after the refund has been initiated (due to banking limitations).
