Rock legends Aerosmith have officially returned to the studio, announcing their first new release in over a decade. The band is teaming up with British artist Yungblud for a collaborative EP titled One More Time, which is set to drop on November 21, 2025. This marks Aerosmith’s first studio release since their 2012 full-length album Music From Another Dimension!
The announcement comes shortly after Aerosmith members Steven Tyler and Joe Perry joined Yungblud in a tribute to Ozzy Osbourne at the MTV Video Music Awards. The collaboration was teased on social media with a video showing the musicians in the studio and the caption, "My Only Angel." Now officially confirmed, One More Time will feature five tracks, including a remix of Aerosmith’s classic 1976 hit, "Back in the Saddle."
New Music Rolling Out Soon
The EP’s lead single, "My Only Angel", is slated to debut this Friday, September 19, at midnight. The tracklist also includes "Problems", "Wild Woman", and "A Thousand Days", showcasing a mix of new material and a fresh take on one of the band’s iconic songs.
Since their last album, Aerosmith has remained active on the road, performing for fans across the globe. However, in 2024, the band announced their retirement from touring following a vocal injury sustained by frontman Steven Tyler, making this studio project a significant milestone in their career.
A Dynamic Collaboration
The partnership with Yungblud adds a modern twist to Aerosmith’s timeless sound. While this is the band’s first foray into new music in 13 years, the collaboration reflects their willingness to explore fresh creative territory. The EP’s title, One More Time, hints at both a celebration of their legacy and a bold step forward.
Fans of Aerosmith and Yungblud can look forward to hearing the first taste of this collaboration soon, as the countdown to the EP’s release begins.
